Steve brings a unique combination of practitioner expertise and strategic vision that will drive the next phase of MTM's evolution.

Deep Practitioner Roots Meet Strategic Leadership

Steve Lange's career in learning and development spans over two decades, beginning as a Training Specialist and advancing through progressive leadership roles including Training Manager, Senior Manager of Global L&D, and Director of Organizational Capability & Development at McDonald's Corporation, where he led enterprise-wide learning initiatives.

For the past several years at Explorance, Lange has served as a Principal Consultant for MTM, working directly with customers to drive learning measurement strategies and demonstrate business impact. Beyond his consulting work, he has become a recognized voice in the L&D community as an evangelist, speaker, and author, regularly sharing insights on learning effectiveness and the evolving role of L&D in organizations.

Leadership Transition

Lange succeeds Michael Cohen, who has served as General Manager of MTM. Cohen will remain with Explorance as an Executive Advisor through August 31st to support the leadership transition and optimize customer experience during this period.

Also effective April 1st, Ashley Ziya has been promoted to Head of MTM Sales. Ziya has been with Explorance since 2017, progressing from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive and most recently Sales Team Lead for MTM. Her proven track record of sales excellence and unwavering commitment to customer success make her ideally suited to guide MTM's sales organization.
