The MTM 9.4 update ensures a smooth and continuous exploration experience by removing dead ends when drilling down into data. Users can navigate through multiple layers of KPIs, themes, and feedback without interruption, enabling deeper analysis and faster identification of the factors driving results. This seamless drill-down capability helps users uncover insights more efficiently and make informed decisions with confidence.
MTM 9.4 is focused on breaking down barriers to meaningful insights. By overcoming language challenges in qualitative feedback and eliminating dead ends in quantitative analysis, this release empowers users to dig deeper and truly understand the “Why” behind their learning data.
Managing instructor aliases has also been streamlined in MTM 9.4. Instructor links are now easier to understand and share, using names for simpler access. Super Admins can also delete custom aliases directly, reducing clutter and giving organizations more control without requiring PSD cases. Deleted aliases will redirect to the vendor alias, and deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, even by PSDs. These improvements simplify administration and provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience for both admins and instructors.
