Explorance World Attendee Cancellation Policy

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this year’s Explorance World conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Explorance.

Cancellations

Registrations may be refunded if a cancellation is made in writing up to 30 calendar days prior to the in-person conference start date.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the in-person conference start date will not be refunded. Non-attendance is also not eligible for a refund.

For cancellations received after the cut-off date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Substitution and Badge Policies

Substitutions of registrations may be made at any time up to the conference start date, but must be made by a registered Attendee from within the same organization. Invitations, free passes, and discounts as part of the invitational program are non-transferable.

Sharing Attendee badges or credentials is strictly prohibited at all times. Badges and credentials are issued to—and can only be picked up and used by—the Attendee named in the registration.

Badges must be worn at all times during the conference. Explorance reserves the right to remove any Attendee found violating these conditions and may restrict this Attendee from participating in future Explorance conferences.

An Explorance World conference badge grants entry to the overall conference, but does not guarantee admission to every session, lounge, or meeting area. Admission is subject to venue capacity and other requirements.

Group Discount Program

Groups must consist of employees from the same organization, and discounts apply only to the same conference.

To receive the group discount and be admitted to the conference, all registrations must be paid in full by the specified deadline.

Payment Terms

Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer

Clients and cardholders acknowledge and accept that any adjustment made by their bank due to currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in a gain or loss. Explorance is not responsible or liable for any such losses. Likewise, Explorance will not pursue collection should an adjustment favor the client or cardholder.

Submission of a registration online, by phone, or by email constitutes an official registration and proof of intent to attend the conference. Invoices are payable upon receipt, and full payment must be received to gain entry.

Until your payment is received, you will not have access to pre-conference entitlements such as workshops. Explorance does not accept cash payments onsite, unless required by law.

By completing your registration, you agree that in the unlikely event Explorance cannot resolve a payment issue and you dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement may be used as evidence that the charge is valid and just.
