Feedback Matters all the time – A Continuous Listening Strategy

In part 1 of an article series in Talent Culture, we discuss the Continuous Listening methodology. Part of the Employee Journey Analytics framework by Explorance, Continuous Listening is a philosophy that considers each employee’s unique journey with an organization. It enables HR professionals and Talent leaders to ‘tune in’ and capture employee insights between set performance reviews (e.g., employee engagement surveys) so that they can address any issues that may come up.
