Blue/360 reports are available online, so that individuals view, print, and email their own reports. A user can create an individual report to view a 360 report about themselves. A user can also create aggregate reports that show 360 review results for the entire organization, which can be further segmented by any category you keep on file (such as department, area, position, etc.). Aggregate reports provide a powerful means of assessing developmental needs at a departmental or organizational level.
