The College of the North Atlantic (CNA) - Newfoundland - Canada - October 26, 2009 - The CNA is Newfoundland and Labrador's public College. It is one of the largest post-secondary educational and skills training centers in Atlantic Canada, offering more than 100 full-time diploma and certificate programs and 300 part-times courses for some 20,000 students each year. Headquartered in Stephenville on the province's west coast, the College operates 17 campuses across the province.

The College of the North Atlantic selects Blue's survey software package to support research and planning functions by facilitating evidence-based decision making in accordance with federal and provincial legislative and regulatory requirements.
