Dalhousie University Elects DIG to Improve & Maintain High Quality Data

Montreal, Canada – March 29, 2016 – Already leveraging the power of Blue course evaluations, surveys, and text analytics, Dalhousie University has chosen the Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) to help achieve and maintain high quality data.

Following a comprehensive analysis of their environment, Dalhousie recognized the need for a tool that can fully manage the data in their information systems. By integrating DIG directly into Blue, the university will benefit from a centralized data preparation process. With automated workflows, email notifications, and a follow-up engine, DIG ensures that data is assigned to and updated by the right person. Complete error-free data will be pushed directly into evaluation projects saving the university time and reducing workload. With DIG in place, Dalhousie can now begin to make informed business decisions for improvement.

Founded in 1818, Dalhousie University is one of Canada’s leading institutions renowned for its leading edge research and outstanding academic quality. Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the institution attracts over 18,000 students from around the world to its 180 undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. As a member of the U15, a group of research-intensive universities in Canada, Dalhousie aims to inspire students, faculty, and graduates to make significant contributions to Canada and the world.
